Cancellation and refunds

Monthly subscription

Launch is USD 79 per month before applicable taxes. It renews automatically until cancelled. Checkout presents the actual amount, tax and renewal terms before payment. Build is free and does not require a paid subscription. Customer application hosting costs are separate.

Cancel renewal

Open workspace Billing and use the Polar customer portal to cancel. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period; it does not itself delete your workspace. If access to the portal fails, contact contact@trylane.app or Polar support promptly with your order or subscription reference. Never send a card number. Cancel any paid subscription before requesting workspace deletion.

Refund requests

For an incorrect, duplicate, unauthorized or undelivered charge, contact contact@trylane.app or Polar support with your order reference and a short explanation. Polar is merchant of record and processes payment refunds. We cooperate in investigating product-delivery and billing issues.

Except for applicable legal rights or a separately agreed remedy, there is no unconditional money-back promise or automatic prorated refund for voluntarily cancelling an elapsed/current billing period. Refunds are assessed under applicable law, Polar’s buyer terms and the circumstances. This does not restrict card-issuer dispute rights or remedies for a defective or undelivered service.

Mandatory consumer rights

Where consumer law applies, statutory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity and refund rights remain intact. For example, a qualifying EEA/UK distance contract may carry a 14-day withdrawal right. Any request to begin performance during that period, proportional charge, or loss of a right must meet the applicable legal conditions and be expressly presented when required. Merely using Trylane or accepting these terms is not a blanket waiver.

This policy applies to Trylane service access; the independent merchant purchase is also governed by Polar’s terms. Material billing-policy changes are communicated before they apply to future renewals.
